During the free 20-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your situation and how LionHeart can support you. If you like what you hear, we’ll send you our agreement to review and sign.
Once you decide to work with us, you’ll meet with your care manager in-person or virtually to assess strengths, answer questions and discuss next steps.
Together we will develop a plan of support, keeping your budget in mind, personal preferences and existing resources.
