walk away with an actionable plan and specific places to explore on your own.
- Direct Q&A: An open opportunity during the call to answer your questions about
care levels, community types, and key details to look for when touring.
2. Community Search Document
Everything from the Strategy Session, plus tailored research to jumpstart your search.
- Custom Community Report: A detailed breakdown of pricing, current
availability, and specific care features tailored to your search criteria, complete
with direct contact information for key staff.
- Vetted Senior Resources: A curated list of trusted partner companies to help
with your transition, including senior move managers, downsizers, realtors, and
estate specialists.
- Virtual Review Session: A one-hour virtual consultation to review our findings
and guide your next steps, scheduled either before or after your own community
tours.
3. Full Companion Support
Hands-on guidance and in-person partnership throughout your search.
- Strategy & Research: Everything included in the Community Search Document,
including custom reports and vetted vendor lists.
- In-Person Tour Support: LionHeart joins you on community tours to ask the
right questions, evaluate staff quality, and introduce you to key leadership in
addition to sales and marketing representatives.
- Decision Guidance: Post-tour debriefs to compare options objectively, evaluate
contracts, and select the right community with confidence.
4. Complete Concierge Transition
End-to-end management so you never have to navigate the move alone.
- Before the Move: LionHeart handles move logistics by coordinating with your
moving company and communicating with the community regarding required health
forms.
- Day of the Move: LionHeart provides on-site, hands-on support to ensure a
smooth, stress-free transition.
- After the Move: We check in weekly during the first month to help you settle in
and confirm care expectations are being met.
